Studies show Cayenne Pepper reduce hunger pains and help promote a healthy metabolism. Being over weight can lead to inflammation and toxins in the system, which cause cells to die, thus premature aging sets in. Sprinkle some Cayenne Pepper in your lemon water for a kick.

Full of anti-oxidants and phytonutrients that help cells regenerate and stop the signs of aging. Put a dash on tomatoes.

An anti-oxidant that wipes away free radicals. Studies have also shown that tomatoes can protect from sunburns. Sunburns are what lead to more wrinkles and fine lines.

Tofu contains isoflavones, which firm the skin and protect against UV radiation.
