If your package is damaged and unsatisfactory, please email us with a photo of the damaged good/s and/or why you do not feel satisfied. Refunds and exchanged are made on a case by case basis. You have 5 business days from the date of delivery to start the refund process.

Refunds and Exchanges take up to 14 business days.
If you did not receive your package, but the post master has declared it delivered, then you do not get a refund. The customer is responsible for picking up and securing their own mail.
Due to volume, we are unable to process cancellations at this time. Please be sure you are ready at checkout.

Our warehouse is located in Maryland, USA. All shipments are mailed from Maryland.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We are not responsible for customs. Please note the custom fees in your country. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
