How to use them

Bring our hydra liners to life with just a little bit of water.

Use as eyeliner, lip liner or body art.

Use separately or mix together for an endless gradient.

You’ll need a liner brush and water.

Works better if you scrape some into a mixing plate. Alternatively, you can mix in the pan. Consistency should be like soft serve ice cream.
